Returns & Exchanges
- To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, the original invoice must be presented.
- Returns and exchanges apply to all products subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Any promotional item associated with the returned product must also be returned in its original condition; otherwise, the value of the promotional item will be deducted.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, except for purchases made using partner shopping vouchers or installment payment services, which may be refunded in the form of HONOR shopping vouchers.
- Refunds for payments collected through third-party companies are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider. Customers must present the payment receipt along with the invoice to be eligible for a refund, where permitted by the provider’s terms and conditions.
- Return, exchange, and warranty services are only available within the geographical boundaries of the country where the product was purchased.
- Maintenance service fees are non-refundable.
Instant Replacement for Devices with Manufacturing Defects
HONOR Store will provide a replacement for devices with manufacturing defects (excluding software-related issues) within 3 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The device must be free from any scratches, damage, or signs of misuse.
- The original box, including all accessories and user manuals, must be provided.
- A report from an authorized service center may be required before the replacement process can be completed.
